This can emulate effects of Intercession for any Entity from any belief/religion. Entity (not necessarily a bad thing) can be any God, Angel, Deity, Sage, Demi God, Planet or any Sacred Form etc etc. You can also offer Intercession for Evil Entities too although it's not recommended.
A Christian person could say "Activate (The following prayer) to Jahweh for X Minutes/Hours/Days/weeks/etc.
A Hindu person could say "Activate Shiv Tandava Stotram to Shiva for 48 hours on my Father's behalf to have calming effect on his mind " (usually take permission when you are offering prayer on someone's behalf unless person is unconscious or is not in state of giving permission.l
